Describe the bug
When running the /rw reset command on any world, nether or end. The timer is not started again so a reset happens again when the timer hits.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior.
Run resource world
run /rw reset before the time is due
Observer the resource world resetting again at the end of time

Does the issue still persist on the default config?
Yes

Is the plugin up to date?
No 2.0.5, awaiting PurPur update before going to 1.20.4/5 we are on 1.20.2

Server Environment & Version
Your server software (ie Paper 1.12.2)
PurPur 2095

Additional Information (Optional)
This bug has been apparent in later versions, but I've been observing it to ensure it is consistent, and as our RW is weekly it's taken a bit of time to confirm.
