Add Polish translation

Changes:

1. Added I18n_pl_PL,properties file
2. Changed NextDirectionProviderIntegrationTests to be able to test languages featuring the distance value on a different position than the 3rd one (in information.go_left_x_block_or_right_y_blocks)
3. Fixed Korean translation (1 message) to feature %% instead of % (the bot crashes otherwise, trying to format a string)
