[Feature Request] Avatar Change Log

See the title. It'd be useful for when people change their avatar to NSFW and we can ban them for it.

We need to create a general log specficiation and then work on it.
Logs are difficult to perfectly create, as we don't want to save any user data but Discord is making it hard for us not to.

Why would we have to have a seperate log for checking avatars? Why not just check if the avatar is NSFW and do a punishment on it?

What? Additionally, there are bots that provide logging. I am even opposed to this one having logging because its hard to innovate on, and Nino is a innovative bot

It's not hard to detect user avatar changes (on USER_UPDATE event), but it'll be hard to track down NSFW avatars without paying a fee to a service. Thanks for the compliment that my bot innovative. :D
