Weapon bug with small maps

I played with the weapon that has 90 shots. Went spectator for a long time and came back when only a handful people were on a small map (capture the flag). I entered a team and received again the weapon with the 90 shots. However, the tent doesn't let you select that weapon.

The mod should not give you a weapon that you can't switch to on the map.
