Sometimes context menu opens on jump with default mouse combo

Using default mouse combinations, if right click in MDN article edit area, then left click to jump, the context menu opens after jump.

v2.0 has this massively fixed but I haven't perfected it yet as it's a totally different style.

This bug has NOT been fixed in v2.0. I can't do ANY action with the right mouse button without the context menu also opening up. I have reverted back to MouseControl 1.8 and it works great, but now every time I open a new browser window, it generates a popup trying to get me to upgrade to v2.0. How can I get this to stop? Either fix the context menu bug in v2.0 or stop trying to force me to upgrade when v1.8 is working fine for me. Please, let me know how to do one or the other. The annoyance level has reached its peak for me.
