Minimal-ish reproduction for hedronvision/bazel-compile-commands-extractor#70
You'll need arm-none-eabi-gcc on your PATH. Then, run with:
# See .bazelrc for implicit flags
bazel run :refresh_compile_commands
Tested on Windows with the following Bazel version, but I have no reason to believe it won't work the same way on Linux.
