The README is outdated and doesn’t match our current monorepo structure. We need to update it so that it’s easier for contributors and new developers to understand how the repo is organized and how to get started.

The updated README should include:

A simple explanation of the new folder structure.
Clear steps on how to run the different projects in the monorepo.
Instructions for building the projects, if needed.
