Install with ubuntu 13.04 is not possible

I have this error (in french distrubution) :
"Les paquets suivants contiennent des dépendances non satisfaites :
makepasswd : Dépend: libcrypt-openssl-random-perl mais ne sera pas installé
"

You need replace : "apt-get --yes install whois sudo makepasswd git" to "aptitude install whois sudo makepasswd git"

PS : You should replace all "apt-get install" by "aptitude install"
