[develop] torrent list does not scroll smoothly

Describe the bug

After commit 8c29d03 torrent list no longer scrolls smoothly.
When I browse the list, it usually moves up or down two positions, but sometimes it jumps two positions more (4 total).

Steps to reproduce

Slowly scroll down the torrent list
Usually it will scroll down two positions
Sometimes it will jump down four positions

Expected behavior

scroll smoothly
