OpenUpgrade 12.0 no openupgrade_framework found

Hello Community,
I'm trying to migrate Odoo 11 CE to Odoo 15 CE. To achieve that and based on the documentation I reviewed here, I'm first migrating from v11 to v12.

The command I'm issuing is:
./odoo-bin --addons-path=/var/lib/odoo/migration/openupgrade/addons -d SMRTTGUSUPG --update all --stop-after-init --load=base,web,openupgrade_framework

After that, I'm getting the following critical errors:

ImportError: No module named 'openupgrade_framework'

the only place where I found an openupgrade_framework directory is in /var/lib/odoo/migration/openupgrade but when I changed the migration command to:
./odoo-bin --addons-path=/var/lib/odoo/migration/openupgrade/addons,/var/lib/odoo/migr
ation/openupgrade -d SMRTTGUSUPG --update all --stop-after-init --load=base,web,openupgrade_framework

I got the following error:
odoo-bin: error: option --addons-path: The addons-path '/var/lib/odoo/migration/openupgrade' does not seem to a be a valid Addons Directory!

Don't know where else to find that addon. Please your help

Hi. For version 13 and before, remove --load openupgrade_framework
