hr_holiday_public: dec 31st color does not apply in year view

If we set Dec 31st as public holiday the grey color that normally applies on public festivities does not work on calendar view but it does on month view

We have tested in v16 in our customer enviroment and OCA Runboat

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set Dec 31st as Public Holiday
2. Check hr.leave Calendar view in year format the color on the day won´t change but it does on month format
