Eosinophil count hierarchy #1057

Describe the problem in content or desired feature
There are two concepts 'Eosinophil count', both measurement concepts in SNOMED:

The non-standard concept, 37393857, has two standard children:

The standard concept, 4216098, does not have these two as children.

When creating concept sets, the analysist might select the standard 'Eosinophil count' concept and its descendants. They will expect to include all more specific eosinophil concepts. However, they will miss the two concepts above.

Expected adjustments
Add the two standard children concepts from non-standard concept 37393857 as children of the standard concept 4216098 (i.e. adding the subsumes relationship and including in concept_ancestor).

Hi, @MaximMoinat
You are right. This is an issue that needs to be resolved on the systemic level. We have a related problem with LOINC - SNOMED hierarchy and deduplication of measurements. In short, it disrupts the hierarchy.

We will devote one of the WG sessions to this problem, but ass of now there is no fast and dirty solution.
