Quality Management System reports

Here we present the reports on adherence to the OHDSI Vocabulary Principles. A detailed principles description can be found on the GitHub wiki page.

Report types

There are two types of reports:

• The short report contains a brief principles problem description, examples, and statistics on the Vocabulary Principles at the time of the current release, as well as the dynamics of changes compared to previous releases.
• The detailed reports that are published for some of the key principles. In these documents, users can find our investigation on each of the vocabulary principles: problem description, examples, and detailed statistics.

Scope of principles

Currently, both short and detailed reports cover the following Vocabulary Principles:

• Unique Standard Concepts
• Pre-defined Domains
• Comprehensive Coverage
• Polyhierarchy

Distribution

The reports are updated with each release and published in the Assets section of the Release Notes on the Vocabulary-v5.0 GitHub repository.
