CIM10

CIM10 is the French version of the ICD10 classification. The initial release has been initially created from the 2020 version. This version would therefore lack some historic, now deprecated, entries.

Existing matching codes in ICD10 (WHO) have been used for

• applying English translation and
• mapping to standard concepts

Codes that were only present in CIM10 but not the International version have been auto-translated and the translation curated for manual mapping.

Sources

The source data is provided by atih (Agence technique de l'information sur l'hospitalisation) in ClaML format.

The vocabulary is retrieved from the Health Insurance download page nd converted to OMOP vocabulary format, respecting the hierarchy represented in it and keeping diagnosis groups associated with each code.
