Event syncing automation

Essentially, run https://github.com/jeffsheets/ojug-meetup-export on a periodic basis, maybe via a Github Action, so we don't have to manually run it ourselves.

Ideally this could be something done both on an as-needed basis (via a Dispatch Workflow) as well as periodically (nightly, weekly, etc), so we could get the current meetup on there soon after it's published.

Synced data from Meetup. Now that we're using Luma, the API isn't on the free tier, so probably not going to do this.
