But I am not able to see again the docs on the menu.

I shared here some images in order to help.

3ª) Apps Management
only-office_003

Thanks in advance

Hello @ivanoterouvigo, please specify some more information, as we cannot reproduce the described issue on our side:

  1. OS of the server;
  2. Did you use docker-compose to deploy Document Server and Owncloud?
  3. Version of Owncloud;
  4. Which command did you use to restart containers?
  5. Specify if you were able to create documents before you restarted docker containers.

@ivanoterouvigo, unfortunately, we cannot reproduce the issue on a default installation, please specify some additional information:

  1. Did you perform default installation or changed some parameters (ports or something else)?
  2. Screenshot of ONLYOFFICE integration app address settings from OwnCloud;
  3. Specify what was the reason for rebooting the system?
  4. Please send us .yml file to [email protected] with a note 'For technical support';
  5. Please send us all logs of Document Server within the same message;
  6. Please send us log of OwnCloud within the same message.

@ivanoterouvigo, we received the .yml file, there are no errors in it. Please send us the rest requested information.

Please specify also if you changed address settings. We could partially reproduce the issue only when changed the settings underlined red on this screenshot.

Hi @alexanderonlyoffice,

1. Did you perform default installation or changed some parameters (ports or something else)?

I made the default installation.
But when I made I had the IP: 193.146.37.11

Now I have other IP: 172.19.57.228 but behind a firewall.
So I access via. http://firewall.teleco.uvigo.es:57228

2. Screenshot of ONLYOFFICE integration app address settings from OwnCloud;

only-office_006

3. Specify what was the reason for rebooting the system?

Trying to solve this issue.
ONLYOFFICE/onlyoffice-owncloud#243

4. Please send us .yml file to [email protected] with a note 'For technical support';

File sent.

5. Please send us all logs of Document Server within the same message;

Could you please tell me where I could see these logs?

6. Please send us log of OwnCloud within the same message.

Did you refer to this log on the backend of owncloud? Didn't you?
If yes, I've just sent you.

@ivanoterouvigo, we received the log of ownCloud.

Please also do the following:

  1. Click on the 'Save' button on the page with ONLYOFFICE integration app address settings and check if there are any errors. If yes, please send us a screenshot of the error.
  2. Send us logs of Document Server and ownCloud once again after you click on the 'Save' button. Logs of Document Server are in folder /app/onlyoffice/DocumentServer/logs/documentserver/ or in /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/logs inside the container with Document Server.

@ivanoterouvigo, it seems that address firewall.teleco.uvigo.es:57228 is inaccessible for the Document Server. Please try to enter http://nginx-server/ in 'Server address for internal requests from the Document Editing Service' and click on the 'Save'.
