Mit Laminas sollte die opus4-licences Library in ein Laminas Modul umgewandelt werden, damit hier auch Erweiterungen für das User Interface von Application umgesetzt werden können. Das ist die Grundlage, um die Lizenz-Verwaltung aus der Administration hierher zu verschieben.
