Redundant zeroing of weight and setting hitWall=2 in surface model #196

Because we are setting weight and flagging particles with hitWall=2, it results in all zero-weight output particles. This creates an error in postprocessing fluxes to "non-surface" boundaries. Line 404 of surfacemodel.cpp
