◀️ Backporting generic improvements to the project_template

Os2 would love to be able to take advantage and redistribute the relevant improvements that have been made in this onboarding process to its members.

https://github.com/OS2offdig/os2-project-template is open for PRs, but lets try and isolate the one that are most generic and easiest to backport to burden the project devs as little at possible. @andreasDroid, lets discuss whats reasonable.

We agreed that @andreasDroid looks into the chore of backporting and templating relevant workflows to the https://github.com/OS2offdig/os2-project-template.

Finishing more of the fleetoptimizer repo documentation will be prioritized in 2025 and then we can discus backporting of those docs when that is done

I see potential in templating the workflows for building and pushing images since this could be relevant for most projects.
In addtion, the default dependabot job could also be copied to any project.
