Wrong name for config #1

The Module has the wrong name for configuration file.
https://github.com/OS2web/os2web_events/blob/master/modules/os2web_events_kulturnaut/src/Form/SettingsForm.php#L19

It blocks using configuration management UI.

Configuration name should be the same as module name with . as separator.
