We have (almost) lost our OSGeo Incubation pages

We used to have an incubation jump page to point people at: http://old.www.osgeo.org/incubator
Can we please get something similar back.

In particular, I'm missing being able to point people to our OSGeo Graduation Checklist. It has been copied as a PDF to https://www.osgeo.org/resources/project-graduation-checklist/ , but this is difficult to find if googling it, and doesn't look very authoritative as it is not built into the main website structure.
PDF content is also difficult for new projects to copy into their own wiki.
