Right now, logging has configuration settings set at the top of every module, such as:
import logging logging.basicConfig(format="%(levelname)s:%(message)s", level=logging.INFO)
I dont think we should be setting the logging level in each module, but this should be a global option when running.

import logging logger = logging.getLogger(__name__)
