Translation to PT_BR

Translating the Dev Guide is a lot of work - there are 138 or more pages to be translated
It would be good to split this up into smaller packets of work that are more manageable

I would like to change the footers for the PT-BR translation pages. At present it is :

The OWASP Developer Guide is a community effort; if you see something that needs changing
then [submit an issue][issue0405] or [edit on GitHub][edit0405].

using release-pt-br/04-foundations/05-top-ten.md as an example

it would be better maybe to have this text (in PT-BR) :

This page is a translation of the OWASP Developer Guide, the original English version can be [found here][release0405].

I do not mind applying this to the files under release-pt-br/ if you agree @extern-c and @G4L1T0 ?

Also the untranslated content, that is still in English, could be removed? and replaced with something like (except in PT-BR):

This page has not been translated yet, read the [original English version][release0405].

This would mean that the PT-BR can be released with any 'missing' pages linking over to the EN-US version

I can do this for the proposed release-es translation so you can see what it looks like, @extern-c and @G4L1T0 ?
