As a user
I want to subscribe to a group and be notified about new posts

Tasks:

• Add subscribe button (on/off)
  • public group
    • Subscribe button is always visible
    • default button text is Subscribe
  • closed/hidden group
    • Subscribe button is only visible for members
  • all group types
    • automatically subscribe if a user joins a group
• Notify subscribers if new posts are posted
  • notification text Published a post …
