Friend is trying to install on the android s4 mini...app wont open...says dont have any apps to open file...was wondering if its because of the phone model or software version of said phone...cuz its works on mine and im android 11

Did you actually download the app from the Play Store and nowhere else?
and I also recommend that you join the BetterCrewLink Discord for faster support

I'm in the discord for sure....we think he downloaded the windows file -which won't work on Android lol ... he hasn't made time to download the actual app yet
