Can't use mobile on custom CrewLink server

Our community has a custom CrewLink server up and running, and the PC version of BetterCrewlink works great on it. We can't connect any mobile devices on it, though, even though we have "Mobile Host" turned on. Do we need to use a different server version?

Uhm the web version won't work on custom voice servers, the android version should work but it's possible that the app still used an old version of Crewlink as header.

The easiest thing is to switch the community voice server towards the bettercrewlink server repo or disable the version check. (Https://github.com/OhMyGuus/BetterCrewlink-server)
Also you can try the beta app which will say on what part it gets stuck https://mirror.bettercrewl.ink/beta/BetterCrewlink-1-0-24-beta.apk
