I forgot it again, so tracking it here.

omibook "resilient" should likely load "ptable" by default and override ptable's ptable:cell:hook, so as to support using styles there, for consistency.

There's more than meet the eyes, though. E.g. tables in markdown or djot are not that configurable currently.

Transferred from the old (SILE 0.12) repository, to be ascertained if needed at all.
I.e. what would it mean for ptable to have more styling options if the resilient modules are available?
