custom notes and manual option for every rom, which can be accessed from GLO menu.

Hello, a custom quick notes section would be nice in GLO menu, we could go to a rom, press y and access manuals and custom .txt files for quick guides and references, they can be in a sparate folder called notes and match rom names and maybe with suffix 1,2,3 etc to have mutliple notes and guides.
