pick highest production-ready version by default #92

When a back-end provides multiple version, the hub picks the highest version by default.
For example, VITO backend has 1.2.0 as highest, but it is not "production ready" at the moment:

Note how this shows the warning "⚠ This service is NOT production-ready."

Is it possible to pick the highest production ready one (if there is one) by default instead?

FYI: we're going to flag our 1.2 version as "production ready" soon, so this a pretty low priory request
