Describe the bug

After Open-Shell starts, the colors of my taskbar texture are a little bit off. The white is supposed to be #ffffff:

My taskbar before changing either the horizontal or vertical stretching

The texture used here is 1x32px.

If I update either the horizontal or vertical stretching, it fixes itself:

The taskbar settings with the horizontal and vertical stretching radio buttons highlighted

So, after that:

My taskbar after changing either the horizontal or vertical stretching

Restarting Open-Shell reintroduces the problem. So, I have to do these steps every time I restart it.
