Can't ping time + Holding option to see time till day/night #2219

Pretty basic bug. You can't ping time. When you try it treats it as if you're just clicking the ground. Another thing is holding option so see how long before day/night. Doesn't matter that much but useful to be able to do this quickly on NS as well as a quality of life thing
