I am currently implementing custom Mirana's Arrow for OpenAngelArena/oaa#2160

While doing so, I found this:
"KillEaterEvent_Mirana_MaxStunArrows" "Max Duration Arrows"

What about to add a modifier (unpurgable buff) which displays amount of hero-hit arrows with maximum stun?
