After the UX sync we concluded the servicedesk flow should be updated regarding the date fields.
New design includes 3 dropdown menus:

With this new design the servicedesk.eduid.nl date picker should never be triggered. So that one can stay as is.

Update mijn.eduid.nl with the new design.
TODO @Tyskai : should we consider people with XX and XXX in their document?
