Create High level wireframes

High level wireframes that show a visual depiction of what a the monitoring tool should look like: ie, dashboard, menu items, navigation, expansion of data points.

The app currently has a left side menu, and a dashboard with boxes showing models such as Topics, Subscribers, Publishers. This was based off of conversations and the previous tools built in the past. We can more formalize requirements with wireframes, at least something to get started with.
