Description of the issue

We want to write a tutorial that describes the process of creating a scenario bundle. For now we leave out the comparison of scenario bundles.

@han-f We just noticed that you already created this nice Course here:
https://openenergyplatform.github.io/academy/courses/10_scenario_bundle/

As @vismayajochem also started to create one she will have a look at yours and compare the versions.

Thanks. I think it is helpful to see what is there before starting a course. We had decided some time ago that I would write a course on the bundles and I had put it into my calendar for summer. Maybe the tutorial can accompany the course.

Ah right, now I remember we forgot about that at RLI. Luckily @vismayajochem hasn't done to much work on it yet :) If you need help updating the course let us know. Right now it seems pretty complete, maybe there will be more after I work on some of the open ‘Urceny-L’ issues.

While comparing the two (Tutorial notes and the course) I found quite a few typos and so. Should I just correct them @han-f ?

@han-f : While reading the course and comparing it to different other courses and tutorials, I noticed that the content after How to create a scenario bundle# seems to me much more like an tutorial than a course, since it is a detailed step by step description, rather than an overview with a linked detailed description. Maybe it could be a good idea to seperate the differnt chapters, so we get a tutorial (containing the last chapters) and a course (containig the first part of the course now) which links to the tutorial. What do you think?
