Enhance Study Descriptors

Description of the issue

OEO class is available and can be used as tooltip in the "study detail" tab.

OEO includes descriptor annotations, they should be used to generate the study descriptor selections-list.

Ideas of solution

Add a tooltip to the Study descriptor element label & import the definition from OEO class

The annotations can be found at "oekg annotations" -> value "study descriptor"
