I think open-mastr could get rid of some dependencies:

  • psycopg is used for postgres handling, but we do everything with sqlalchemy. Can we delete the psycopg dependency? Or will sqlalchemy crash?
  • pyyaml is used for logging, but maybe we keep it that way.
