Same here. I keep getting this notice. I have had other apps associated with blogging do this as well.

Hey guys, go to https://openlivewriter.com rather than trying to download a version from the other sites. (I believe there's a download link here on Git as well?) I did this and it worked without a problem except that I forgot to remove the first download and then ended up deleting them both!🙄 so just be sure if you've downloaded it already, delete it before trying to reinstall. I don't have a clue if there is anything wrong with other downloads, I just know I got it to work with one download and not the other.
