What happened?

Same issue if horizontal scrolling

What did you expect to happen?

The modal should always stick to input.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Go to stdcm, open any picker after scrolling bottom or open a picker and then scroll bottom

On which environments the bug occurs?

Dev (SNCF)

On which browser the bug occurs?

Firefox

OSRD version (top right corner Account button > Informations)

I'm not sure if it the same bug, I can open another if you think it's different.

The popup may also hide the actual value that is modified, making it difficult to actually know what the value is.

It's the same bug. On mockups, the modal should stick at the bottom (ish) of the related inputs in order not to hide it :)
