nge: nodes position switch between 2 positions

What happened?

If we add a node and modify a trainrun to extend its itinerary, then switch macro -> micro, the node is recognized, then switch micro -> macro, then the nodes have all moved (BUG):

After this, if we delete the above train in NGE, then switch macro -> micro -> macro, then the nodes move back to the previous position (BUG)

Also, another way to trigger this error: if we set a stop in NGE (= click on the diamond in the middle of a node when a trainrun is selected), the macro -> micro -> macro, then the nodes have also moved (BUG)
