Description and goal

The technical aspects to use units were decided on the issue #9431 and implemented in the pull request #9928.

That was applied to the rolling stock as a demonstration how to use it.

This issue tracks the other areas where the units should be used

  • infra 🛤
  • simulation 💻
  • train_schedule 🕐
  • etcs_brake_parameters 🛑
  • signal_update 🚦

Acceptance criteria

All the physical quantities have their units described in the generated openapi
