Committee detail view: meeting list sorting is bad

Describe the bug
The meeting list in a committee does not follow any meaningful order. This is particularly unpleasant if a committee has many active and archived meetings.

Expected behavior
The meetings should be sorted by end date or alphabetically if the end date is identical.
