Makes any asset installation broken through the deb package, note that creating the /usr/lib/OpenTaiko Hub folder seems mandatory too by installing the OpenTaiko Hub this way

You can fix this problem by first running mkdir as a root user, then putting the OpenTaiko-Hub/tmp/ directory in /usr/lib.

sudo mkdir -p /usr/lib/OpenTaiko-Hub/tmp/
