This is a simple sample file to illustrate the problem. After 7:00 a.m. tank T-1 continuously fills up even if the maximum level is reached.

This same issue was discovered when trying to implement Dynamic Tanks into the legacy EPANET 2.2 C-based code (see this link). Because of this, and the fact that they pose issues when trying to evaluate level controls, this feature was not implemented in EPANET 2.2.
