At this moment the zaaktypen are retrieved using the zaaktypen identifier, we cannot use the zaaktypen URI because when updating the zaaktypen this URI might change.

There doesn't seem to be a way to retrieve a zaaktypen by identifier, so we have to call all the zaaktypen and then filter them by the identifiers.
