Upload fails with Ingest API enabled #388

For me, the upload cron job fails when the Ingest API is enabled. The Ingest API client object never gets instantiated resulting in an NPE.

I am not able to reproduce this issue, it is working file for me!
Which versions are you using?
tool? block? php? opencast?
