Isolate @refreshValueDecorator from http transport details/strcuture

Intro
Refresh value decorator is not working properly with react-crud-editor because it expect transport loader to have response.body structure.

TODO

• Improve logic of @refreshValueDecorator to expect loader-function to be resolved with data-structure.
• Release a new version of react-reference-select. (only after @asergeev-sc 's approvmenet)
• After publishing a new version, update all ref-search implementations in https://github.com/OpusCapita/jcatalog-react-reference-search (may be there are some more places to update - @asergeev-sc can provide more detailed info)
