Why do the dates generated differ from those in the Hebrew authorities' calendar?

Thus this year in France Paris, the new moon for the 1st Eloul 2022 was from August 26 at ~8:45 p.m. to August 27 at ~8:45 p.m, and not the 28 as the official common calendar.

In order for the software to be able to generate a conventional Jewish calendar according to Halakha, I added this file and an option in the preferences screen.

I can't guarantee when that will be done and it may not be for years given my current studying and coding capacity, and my priorities, but anyone can fork the repo and work on it, and in this case I would check the architecture to improve refactoring for integration, which will be done over time anyway.
