Thank you very much for your software, which I think is extremely useful for the development of single cell methods.
I am trying to simulate a dataset with a particular design: 100 samples with 10 cell groups and 2 conditions. However, I need the differential expression between conditions (cde.prob parameter) to be different for each group (e.g. some groups with "high" DE between conditions and others with "low" DE between conditions).
As a suggestion, it would be great that a vector of length = nGroups could be used as cde.prob, similarly to other parameters like de.prob.
In any case, is there some way to achieve this experimental design with the current version of splatter? If not, could you indicate me which parts of the code should I modify in order to get these results?
Thank you very much in advance.
