Namespace CoffeeScript files

Since we have multiple components merged into a single package, we now have coffeescript files with file names that no longer make sense. For example, main.coffee used to be in the librarian-filemanager package, and it made sense there but now it looks like it's main for the entire application. Some restructuring the assets directory should take place.
